MedSync – Account and Data Deletion

MedSync is a patient and medication management application. Users can delete their stored data directly from within the application and may also request full account deletion.

Deleting data within the app

MedSync provides an in-app option that allows users to permanently delete all patient records, medication data, and related information associated with their account. This data is removed from the Firebase servers.

How to request full account deletion

Deleting the user account (Firebase Authentication) is not performed automatically within the application. To request full account deletion, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email from the Google account registered in MedSync to:

3. Use the subject: “MedSync – Account Deletion Request”

Data that will be deleted

• Patient records
• Medication and treatment information
• Other data stored in Firebase related to the account
• User authentication data (Firebase Authentication), upon request

Data retention

No personal data is retained after deletion. Data deleted within the app is removed immediately. Account deletion requests are processed and completed permanently.
